We’ve all at times had trouble getting to sleep. I find that needing to get up early the next morning – like 2:30 or 3 am – is a guaranteed recipe to a difficult time getting to sleep, and a poor night’s sleep after that.
Anxiety can also keep us awake much longer than we would like.
And sometimes it is simply nothing specific at all – we just cannot get to sleep.
