Some of the most spectacular photos are of people, but so many photos of people are, well, forgettable. No punch, no impact, nothing to catch and hold one’s attention.

So how does one improve? Maybe a study of master portraitists? This article studies the Mona Lisa to learn how to improve and perfect ones portraits.
