How to write unmaintainable code

14 08 2008

Here is a classic essay – almost grown now into a book – on how to write unmaintainable code. It’s depth and breadth is amazing, a comprehensive work. Specific topics cover areas from design to naming variables, including a section on camouflaging your “special” code.

And for those without a sense of humor, this is humor. Tongue-in-cheek comedy. Satire. A mocking collection of the stupidity of programmers and programming techniques over the last 50 years.

NEWS FLASH! Dilbert is NOT teaching management, it is a comic strip.
